在这(zhè )个时(shí )节该如何(hé )调理养生?宋(sòng )曙霞认为,在(zài )饮(yǐn )食上(shàng )可多吃有芬(fēn )芳(fāng )气味的蔬(shū )菜(cài ),如(rú )韭菜、香菜(cài )、葱、蒜、荠菜、香椿等,以(yǐ )疏(shū )肝柔(róu )肝。另外,俗(sú )语称(chēng )“春日吃春(chūn )芽(yá )”,也就是说这个季(jì )节(jiē )可(kě )吃(chī )鲜(xiān )绿的嫩(nèn )芽(yá ),比如豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣等,禁食或少食辛辣刺(cì )激(jī )食物(wù ),以免肝(gān )火上(shàng )炎。
