人才(cái )队(duì )伍建设(shè )是(shì )提升托育服务(wù )质量(liàng )的保(bǎo )障。面(miàn )对(duì )当(dāng )前(qián )托(tuō )育专业(yè )人才短缺这一(yī )瓶颈,长沙(shā )师(shī )范学院学前教育学院院长张晓(xiǎo )辉(huī )建议,从(cóng )教师专(zhuān )业(yè )标(biāo )准体系建设出发,将托育机构(gòu )师资纳(nà )入其(qí )中(zhōng ),提高托育(yù )服(fú )务专业化(huà )水平;从学历提升(shēng )和(hé )专业(yè )成长考虑,拓宽专(zhuān )业人员发(fā )展路(lù )径,增强托(tuō )育机构(gòu )从(cóng )业(yè )人(rén )员对职业的(de )归(guī )属感、荣(róng )誉感。
