在这个(gè )时节该(gāi )如(rú )何(hé )调(diào )理养生(shēng )?宋曙霞认(rèn )为,在饮食上(shàng )可(kě )多(duō )吃有芬芳(fāng )气(qì )味的蔬(shū )菜(cài ),如韭菜、香菜、葱、蒜、荠(qí )菜、香椿等,以疏肝柔肝。另(lìng )外(wài ),俗(sú )语(yǔ )称“春日吃春芽”,也就是说这(zhè )个(gè )季节(jiē )可吃(chī )鲜绿的(de )嫩芽(yá ),比如(rú )豆芽、蒜(suàn )苗(miáo )、豆苗、莴(wō )苣等,禁食或(huò )少(shǎo )食辛辣(là )刺激(jī )食(shí )物,以免肝火上炎。
