人才队伍建(jiàn )设是提升托(tuō )育(yù )服务质(zhì )量(liàng )的(de )保(bǎo )障(zhàng )。面(miàn )对当前托育专业人才短(duǎn )缺这一瓶(píng )颈,长(zhǎng )沙师范(fàn )学院学(xué )前教育(yù )学(xué )院院长张晓辉(huī )建议,从(cóng )教师专(zhuān )业标准体系建设出发,将(jiāng )托育(yù )机(jī )构(gòu )师资纳入其中(zhōng ),提高(gāo )托育(yù )服务(wù )专(zhuān )业化水平(píng );从学历(lì )提(tí )升和专业成长考(kǎo )虑,拓宽专业人(rén )员发展路(lù )径,增强(qiáng )托育机构从业人(rén )员(yuán )对职(zhí )业的归属感(gǎn )、荣(róng )誉(yù )感。
