人才队伍建设是(shì )提(tí )升(shēng )托(tuō )育服(fú )务质量的保(bǎo )障。面(miàn )对(duì )当前托育专业人才短缺这(zhè )一瓶(píng )颈,长沙(shā )师范(fàn )学(xué )院学前(qián )教育(yù )学(xué )院院长(zhǎng )张晓辉建议(yì ),从教(jiāo )师(shī )专业标准体系建设出发,将(jiāng )托育(yù )机构师资纳入(rù )其(qí )中,提(tí )高托育(yù )服务(wù )专业(yè )化水平;从学(xué )历(lì )提升和专(zhuān )业成长(zhǎng )考虑,拓宽(kuān )专业人员发展路径(jìng ),增强托育(yù )机构(gòu )从业人员(yuán )对职业(yè )的归(guī )属感(gǎn )、荣誉感(gǎn )。
