在这个(gè )时节该(gāi )如何调(diào )理养生?宋曙霞认(rèn )为,在饮(yǐn )食上(shàng )可多吃有芬芳气味的蔬(shū )菜,如韭(jiǔ )菜、香(xiāng )菜、葱、蒜、荠菜、香椿(chūn )等,以(yǐ )疏肝柔肝(gān )。另外,俗语(yǔ )称“春日(rì )吃春芽”,也就是说这个季(jì )节可(kě )吃鲜(xiān )绿的嫩(nèn )芽,比如(rú )豆芽、蒜苗(miáo )、豆苗(miáo )、莴(wō )苣等,禁(jìn )食或(huò )少食辛辣刺激(jī )食(shí )物(wù ),以免(miǎn )肝火(huǒ )上炎。
